WORSHIP

This class is designed to help students grow in worship through dance. The sessions in this package enable both the instructor and students to explore choreography, dance to positive and uplifting music, and develop various dance skills and techniques along the way. No previous dance experience is required. When signing up for the package, please note that students can choose between two dance instructors: Alexander Lugo, who specializes in hip-hop dance, or Gabriela Lugo, who has experience in liturgical and contemporary styles. Make sure to select the instructor that best matches the student's interests when registering. Please note that the primary focus of these sessions is using dance as a form of Worship to God, which will be emphasized in every session. A period of stretching and agility exercises will also be included.
